1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak cut into strips2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms1 med onion sliced2 cloves garlic, chopped1/4 c. butter or margarine3 Tbsp. white wine1 1/3 c water (seperated)1 tbsp. beef bouillon8 oz. sour cream, at room temperature1 tbsp. parsleyNoodles
In skillet over medium-high heat, cook meat, mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add 1 cup water, winde bouillon and pepper; simmer covered 10 minutes. In samll bowl, combine remaining 1/3 cup water and flour. add to meat mixture; cook and stir until mixture thickens and boils.
Stir in sour cream; heat through (Do Not Boil). Serve over noodles; garnish with parsley.
