spicy black bean pizza (w/ low carb pizza crust)

pizza crust: Happy Farms (light) Jalapeno Cheese, 5 wedges - room temperature1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese1 large egg 2 tsp minced garlic (optional) 4 tbsp dried onion flakes (optional)topping:1 Morning Star Spicy Black Bean Burger (microwaved, then crumbled)3 tbsp Black Bean Salsa2/3 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)2 stalks chopped fresh green onionRed pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2) Lightly spray 9 in' baking dish with non-stick spray - then set aside
2) FOR THE CRUST: combine all of the ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix well (will form a wet mixture)
3) Spread mixture into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes - until evenly browned, but not too dark. Let cool for a few minutes before adding toppings.
4) Top crust with salsa, Spicy Black Bean Burger crumbles, chopped green onion, shredded cheese and red pepper flakes.
5) Place back in oven and cook for approximately 10 more minutes. Since the Spicy Black Bean Burger was previously microwaved all, the pizza needs to stay in the oven long enough to warm through and brown cheese.
6) top with a little more salsa to taste
