Champignon-ham roll

Dough5 medium eggs100g flour1 cup 2% milk1tbsp black pepper Fill200g champignons1 cup diced ham2 medium onions
Mix eggs, 90g of flour, 5/6 cup of milk and pepper together and cook it on a baking tray for 25 minutes at 200 degrees (C).
Roast champignons and ham and mix them with rest of the flour and milk.
When dough is ready, put the filling all over it and make a roll of it. Let it cool down for 5 minutes and cut it into six pieces.
Serving Size: makes about 6 pieces
