Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
3 bags coleslaw mix4 med. potatoes, cubed1 onion3 Bay leaves1 lg can of diced tomatoes4 Tbsp. powdered chicken OXOFresh or frozen dill weedSplendaVinegarSalt and Pepper
Directions
Peel and cube potatoes. Chop onion. Place potatoes, onion and bay leaves in a large pot and cover well with water. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add OXO, fresh dill and coleslaw mix. The pot may be too full to put a lid on it. Let it boil for a few minutes until the cabbage has cooked down a bit. Then cover with the lid and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Add a can of diced tomatoes and bring to a boil and removed from stove. Add equal amounts of Splenda and Vinegar as well as salt and pepper to your preference.
