Ingredients
Strawberries,fresh 1 cup halvesApples.fresh 2 medium.Oranges,fresh small,peeled.Carrots,fresh 2 medium.Chia seeds,2 Tbsp. Dry seed.
Directions
Prepare fruit and vegetable by washing.Place fruit and vegetable in juicer to extract juice.Add Chia seeds to mixture after juicing is complete.Mix well.
