Bread Machine Pretzels II

Ingredients
Water, tap, 1.25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Egg Yolk, 1 large (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)*Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup (remove)1 tb yeast
Directions
Combine all ingredients in bread machine. Set to dough cycle.
On lightly floured surface, cut dough into pieces, roll into ropes, make pretzel shapes.
Place on greased baking sheet, brush with eggwhites and sprinkle with desired toppings
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes

    I made pretzel braids instead of traditional soft pretzel shapes. I also added flax seeds (for the nutritional value of them). I would have liked to add a touch of honey but I was out.
