Azteca Ultragrain Tortillas (1 tortilla)Great Value Pizza Sauce, 2TBSPFlat Leaf Spinach, 1 CupRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 roma tomato, dicedFeta Cheese (Aldi), 1TbspGreat Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, 2 TBSP
Spray a cookie sheet with Olive Oil. Broil both sides of the ultragrain tortilla. Spread sauce on the tortilla and top with tomatoes and spinach. (Chop spinach if you like) Cover with cheese and place back into broil until cheese melts.
