Baby carrotsCarrot cake mix 2 eggs1 c. Water1c. Raisin bran
Mix all ingredients(I use the last of the carrots, raisin bran and applesauce). Spray pans with cooking spray. Fill pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
