Banana (1)Pineapple, Crushed (1/3 Cup)Coconut Milk, Lite (1/4 Cup)Yogurt, Plain Fat Free (1/2 Cup)Milk, Fat Free (1 Cup)Protein Powder, Soy (2 Tbsp)Fiber Powder (1 Tbsp)
Directions
Puree banana in a blender. Next, add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and mix to desired consistency. Can be prepared in advance and stored in the refridgerator.
