Mushroom asparagus omelet for one

Ingredients
Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Philadelphia Light cream cheese garden veg or plain (31g), .5 tbspAsparagus, fresh, 3 spear, small (5" long or less) Milk, 2%, .125 cup Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup pieces *Durkee French Fried Onions (2 tbsp.),
Directions
spray one pan with non stick spray and reserve

Melt 1 T Butter in pan.
Saute mushrooms and asparagus.
Add FF onion bits in last 5 minutes.

Lightly beat egg, milk and Philadelphia cream cheese.
add to heated pan and cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve vegetables over the omelet.

Serves one.
