Tortillas

Ingredients
3cups white flour2tsp baking powder1tsp salt1/4cup lard or shortening1 1/4cups water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. CUt in lard until small and crumbly. Add water a little at a time until dough is like that of pie crust. Roll into twelve (12) balls. Put in bowl and cover. Let "rest" for about 10-15 minutes. Roll out each ball and place on a hot comal or griddle. Cook until small bubbles appear on top, flip and cook the other side.
