Ingredients
1 lb ground venison10 crushed saltines1 large egg beatenWorcestershire1 can 14 oz beef broth
Directions
Mix venison, crackers, egg and worcestershire together. Shape into 5 patties. Brown both sides in skillet. Add beef broth, cover & simmer about 20-30 min.
