SCD Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup Jiff Creamy Peanut Butter1 cup Honey1/4 cup Egg Beaters1 tsp baking soda1 cup Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix peanut butter and honey. Add the egg and baking soda. Mix in 1/4 cup coconut flour at
a time till well blended. Scoop onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
