Rosemary & Garlic Foccacia

4 tsp active yeast2 1/2 cups warm water1/8 cup honey2 tsp salt6 1/2 cups bread flour3 tsp rosemary divided1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp sage6 tbsp olive oil divided
Activate yeast in water, honey & 2 tbsp olive oil
Add flour & salt to mixing bowl. Add yeast mixture and knead dough until soft dough forms. Let rise for about 1 hour. Punch dough down and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Spread dough out onto prepared baking sheets. Coat dough with olive oil, sage, rosemary mix. Add parmesean cheese sparingly. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
