Ingredients
8tbsp Flour1 stick Low Fat butterapprox. 2 cups skimmed Milksalt to taste1tsp Garlic Powder2tbsp Black Pepper(ground)
Directions
Melt Butter on low heat in a sauce pan
add flour and whisk
add black pepper,salt and garlic
slowly pour 2 cups milk into saucepan and whisk until smooth. Add more milk if too thick.
