Ingredients
lean ground beef, diced onion, julienned carrot, chopped celery, minced garliccanned diced tomatoescanned red kidney beanscanned great norther beans (white)canned tomatoe saucev8 juicewhite vinegarspices, oregano, basil, pepper, thymeditali pasta
Directions
Brown ground feef in saucepan, drain off fat.
Add onion, carrot(julienned), celery(chopped), garlice saute for 10 min.
Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT PASTA simmer 1 hour.
Cook pasta to al dente. drain
Add pasta to bowl and then add soup to bowl.
by doing this the pasta does not take up any more of the juice from the soup itself.

Serving Size: 12 one ladle per bowl or a tad over that
