Coconut not-Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg whites1/4 cup coconut flour1 tbsp coconut sugar1 tsp almond extract
Directions
preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients together. Form into 10 balls and press into cookie shape onto a parchment paper covered cookie sheet.

Bake for 10-13 minutes, until golden.
