Spinach Soup

Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 2 cupWater, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)Half and Half Cream, 0.5 cup Onions, raw, 0.35 cup, choppedButter, unsalted, 1 tbspFlour, white, 0.062 cup
Directions
1) Clean & blend the spinach
2) Cut the onion
3) Saute the onion in the butter & add the spinach
4) Sprinkle the flour over the sauteed onion & spinach
5) Add the half & half & mix together
6) Add the water
7) Let it boil on low heat for 10 minutes
8) Taste with pepper & salt
9) Serve with one egg
