Ingredients
1lb 93% ground beef1 large onion diced1cans stewed tomatoes1 can tomato soup undiluted1 can Rotel tomato2 cups long grain rice (dry)chili powder to taste (1 to @ tbsp)2 tbsp oil
Directions
rinse and drain rice
brown & crumble ground beef in frying pan cook until almost done and add onion continue to cook until beef is done and onions are transparent set aside
fry rice in oil until golden

mix together
1 can stewed tomatoes and tomato soup undiluted
mix chili powder in 1/2 can water stir all ingredients well & add meat and rice stir and put in deep microwave safe baking bowl cover with paper plate and microwave at 50% for about 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. can also be done in oven at 350% stirring about every 15 minutes until rice is done
you can add a little water or salsa if it appears to dry for the rice to cook properly
