Beef tips and gravy with tarragon

Ingredients
1 Pounds Beef Tips 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup fat free(Family Size) 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup fat free 1 dry packet French Onion Soup mix4 Medium Potatoes Half Bag of Baby Carrots 2 Tblsp fresh Tarragon1 Tblsp Garlic2 cans water2 tsp black pepper3 Tblsp Worcestershire2 Tblsp Fresh Parsley (optional)
Directions

Cut your bef into bite size strips & brown your beef tips just a little on stove top with garlic.

Add beef to cooker, then add cans of soup, water, worcestershire, dry soup mix, pepper, tarragon and parsley.

Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours.

Dice potatoes and carrots and add them the last two hours.

Serve over rice or noodles.
