Asian Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce1 tablespoon ginger, grated3 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon sugar2 tablespoons sesame oil1/2 cup peanut oil1 tablespoon sesame seeds, lightly toasted1 tablespoon shallots, minced
Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl or food processor. If using a bowl, drizzle in oils SLOWLY while whisking constantly, so the oils emulsify.
If using a food processor, leave it running while drizzling in the oils.
When dressing is well combined, add the sesame seeds and shallots. Mix a few more seconds. Keep refrigerated.
Serving Size: makes 16 1-tablespoon servings
