Light Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup fat free half and half3/4 cup 99%fat free chicken broth1 tbsp. I can't believe it's not butter, light1 cup parmesan, grated1 1/2 Tbsp corn starch1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp pepper, black
Directions
Melt butter in skillet over med heat. Add cornstarch and stir to make a rue until blended. Add chickne broth stir. Add half and half, stir. Add garlic powder and pepper. Keep stirring and slowly add parmesan stirring the entire time until thick and bubbly. Eat immediately over whole wheat pasta with chicken and brocoli. (pasta, chicken, and brocoli not included in calorie count)
