Panera: Power Bowl Breakfast with fresh fruit cup.Choose turkey or beef. I love the beef with tomato and egg! A tasty, beautiful way to start the day!!Applebees: Several items in the Weight Watchers section will work, but still are heavy on the sodium. I like the sirloin selection.Chick Fil A: Grilled chicken salad with a side of a medium fruit cup. You'll have a delightful collection of fresh veggies and fruit. And when i add the fruit cup to the fruit that comes on the salad, I don't need to add their highly processed dressing. Still has quite a bit of sodium.Crackers on the water in Crystal River, FLSpinach Salad with grilled salmon or grouper.Sodium is a problem, but otherwise the meal is right on target!!

Tarte Aux Champignons was fantastic. A serving is 1/2 the pizza, but I like to eat 1/4 the pizza along with some fruit and a couple of veggies so I can get in my fiber for the meal.
Mixed grains with vegetables is completely cooked and can simply be defrosted and eaten cold, or heated for a main dish. Add some broth for a soup.

Their Greek Yogurt has ONLY the 5 live cultures added after pasteurization. Nope. Nothing else.

And could I just say the Roasted Ground Flax Seed with Blueberries has a small amount of sweetener of some kind (maybe sugar) but it is a delicious indulgence in my health!
