Shredded Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
15 jumbo pasta shells3/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese1/2 cup reduced fat ricotta1/2 cup shredded mozzarella1/2 cup chopped broccoli1 full chicken breast
Directions
Cook and shred the chicken breast, set aside.
Cook pasta until just al dente- DO NOT OVERCOOK. Soggy shells are hard to stuff.

Mix cottage cheese and ricotta, add in shredded chicken and chopped broccoli.

Stuff the shells with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet. Top with mozzarella.

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350* or until mozzarella is lightly browned.
