Ingredients
almond milk 1 cupbanana 1/2 mediumkale 1 cupwide leaf parsley 3 Tbspcarrot 1/2 medium carrotpeanut butter 1 Tbspsquash seeds 1 Tbsp
Directions
Put scrubbed vegetables into a blender with almond milk, peanut butter, and any type of seeds you happen to have. Blend until smooth (or smooth-ish, mine are always chunky) and drink.
