Pasty Casserole

Ingredients
1/4 lb. Lean Ground Beef2 T. Chopped Onion3/4 cup Chopped Rutabaga3/4 cup Chopped Potato1 t. Hain Sea Salt1/2 t. Black Pepper1 t. Onion Powder2 T. Water
Directions
In a large bowl stir Ground Beef, seasonings, and onion until mixed well. Add Rutabaga and Potao and mix well. Place in small casserole dish, pat down tightly and add the 2 T. water.
Cover casserole dish and place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Casserole is done when a toothpick is easily inserted in a piece of rutabaga
