Strawberries,fresh ,stems removed-194 GramsKiwi,fresh,peeled-2 or about 173 GramsMango,fresh,peeled,sliced 1 large or 356 GramsBlueberries,fresh -101 GramsCarrots,fresh 2 medium or 141 GramsChia seeds 2 tbs
Directions
Wash all fruit and veggies before juicing.Remove the skin from the Mango and Kiwi,slice into juicable pieces.Remove stems from strawberries,juice.Add Blueberries,carrots add two tablespoons of Chia seeds.
