24 oz (4-6 oz) Atlantic Salmon Filets1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning1/4 tsp Garlic Salt1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce1/3 cup Brown Sugar (packed)1/3 cup Water1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a small bowl, stir together lemon pepper, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, water and olive oil. Place fish in a large resealable plastic container or bag with the mixture, turn to coat, then seal. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Discard leftover marinade.
Preheat grill for medium heat. Spray grill with Pam or other non-stick spray. Place salmon on the preheated grill. Cook for 8-10 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
