Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 906 grams Splenda, 48 tsp Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup Corn Starch, .5 cup Flour, white, 1 cupBaking Powder, 2 tspSalt, .5 tsp Shortening, Crisco, 2 tbspMilk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup
Place Blueberries in baking dish, add 1 cup of splenda to the top. Mix 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of corn starch and pour over Blueberries. Heat Blueberry mixture in the oven for 20 minutes at 350.
Mix together 1 Cup of Flour, 2 Tsp. of Baking Powder and 1/2 Tsp of Salt. Add 2 Tbsp. of melted Shortening and 1/2 Cup of Milk to Flour Mixture.
Dough will be sticky. Drop dough onto blueberries (1 Tsp of dough). Bake for additional 20 Minutes.
Serving Size: 5
