*Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1 tbspSweet potato, 1.5 cup, cubesCarrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped*Campbell’s Organic Vegetable broth ( 150 ml / 2/3 cup), .80 cupMaple Syrup, 2 tbspSpices to taste such as;garlic (fresh or powder)cinnamonnutmegcardamonsalt
Melt margarine in a pot, add veggies, broth and water (not quite enough to cover veg).
Boil covered to start to soften veg. Uncover and simmer/boil off most of liquid.
Add syrup and spices.
