Spinach, Mango & Avocado Salad

Ingredients
Dressing:1/2 c. orange juice1 Tbsp. red-wine vinegar2 Tbsp. canola oil1 tsp. Dijon mustard1/4 tsp. saltBlack pepper to tasteSalad:10 c. baby spinach leaves (about 8 oz.)8 small red radishes, sliced1 small ripe mango, sliced1 medium avocado, sliced
Directions
To prepare dressing: whisk juice, vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl.

To prepare salad: just before serving, combine spinach, radishes, and mango in a large bowl. Add the dressing; toss to coat. Garnish each serving with avocado slices.
