Chocolate Fruit and Nut Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups flour1/2 cup honey1 tbsp baking powder1 tbsp cinnamon 3/4 tsp salt1 cup oatmeal1/2 cup flaxmeal1 cup dried fruit and nut mix1/2 cup chocolate chips1 egg substitute (1 tbsp flaxmeal + 3 tbsp water)1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce1 1/4 cups dark chocolate almond milk1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat over to 375
2. in small bowl, mix 1 tbsp flaxmeal with 3 tbsp warm water, set aside until ready for the egg
3. In a mixing bowl, mix oatmeal, milk, vanilla extract and honey
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients
5. mix dry ingredients into oatmeal mix
