Ingredients
makes 3 cups of gravyingredients 2 tbsp of chicken krispens (semi dry)1 tbsp of oil 3 tbsp of flour mixed with ingredients belowadd 3 cups of water1 level tbsp of onion powder( fine)1 level tsp of black pepper 16 grms of whole egg powder(chicken enhanser)1/8 tsp cellery powder 1/8 tsp sage1/4 thyme 1/4 tsp msg 1/4 smoked salt2 tbsp of powdered milk pinch nutmeg 2/3 tsp tomato powder pinch chili chipolte pepper powder (hot)its a kind of magic....the ingredients are spaced to gether because they should be combined first then all together then added to one cup of flour. the take 3 tbsp of seasoned flour to roux.
Directions
combine flours and oil to make a roux add 3 cups of water and mix smooth, quickly remove from heat and strain out bits from the cracklins , pour sauce back in pot and heat. add onion powder, black pepper, egg powder ,sage,cellery , thyme,msg smoked salt, and rest of the ingredients blend to thickness when simmers.
