one large potatoe.5 teaspoon of garlic2 teaspoons of low fat or fat free shredded cheese of choicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 2 servings
peel, wash and boil potatoe for 15-20 min.
add garlic
add cheese
salt and pepper to taste
serve hot
