Healthy Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
2 cups skim milk1/4 cup flour1 can low sodium Chicken broth2 tsp Mrs. Dash Herb & Garlic Blend1 bunch broccoli1 cup reduced fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Take the broccoli and remove florets. Chop into small pieces. Take the remaining stem and slice off the thick outer skin and chop remaining stalk into small pieces.
In a quart sized pot, blend milk and flour. Turn on element to medium and add chicken broth, stem pieces of broccoli, and Mrs. Dash. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and add remaining broccoli pieces and shredded cheese. Stir until cheese is incorporated.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of apx. 2 cups per serving (varies depending on amount of broccoli)
