Chicken & Asparagus Pasta Toss

Ingredients
3 chicken breast strips (I buy Tyson breast tenderloins and guessed it to be around half a full breast)about 1 cup of pasta ( I use the smart taste low carb/cholesterol so it's a little healthier than the recipe implies but I haven't had a chance to add it to the list of food not already in the system)a handful of asparagus, cut to just the heads and a little of the stem, none of the tough stems towards the bottom.a tsp of garlic.seasonings as neededolive oil
Directions
Cook pasta according to instructions but add the tsp of garlic to the water for flavor.

Chop chicken into 1' sections and season; sautee until cooked fully

Sautee asparagus in olive oil until tender but still crisp in the middle.

drain pasta and mix everything together

enjoy!
