Pork chops in garlic cream sauce

4 pork chops, 3-4 oz each3 ounces cream cheese3 ounces milk3 cloves minced garlic, more or less, to tastea swirl of cooking oil
Sear the pork in a nonstick or cast iron pan, approx 3 minutes on each side, cover and set aside.
Saute the garlic in cooking oil of your choice (I like grapeseed oil for high temperatures) over med heat.
Reduce heat to low. Add cream cheese, stir until cheese melts. Add milk, stir until well blended.
Return pork to pan, turn over a couple times until coated in sauce.
Serving Size: serves 4, easily doubled or halved
