Beef Stir Fry with Cauliflower rice

Stir Fry:2 tbsp veg oil1 tsp freeze dried ginger1/2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp beef bouillon powder1 tsp worcestershire sauce3 tbsp soy sauce2 pounds steak sliced for stir fry1 cup fresh mushroom16 oz frozen broccoli'Rice'1 head of cauliflower shredded with cheese grater1 tbsp vegetable oil1/8 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp minced garlic2 tsp beef bouillon powder5 tbsp water1 tbsp soy sauce
Shred the cauliflower and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over med/high heat. Add ginger, garlic, 1 tsp bouillon powder, worcestershire sauce and 3 tbsp soy sauce. When oil mixture is very hot add beef and mushrooms. When beef is done toss in broccoli (I defrosted mine for 2 minutes in the microwave first). Cook until heated through.
Place 'rice' cauliflower in a large microwave safe bowl. In a small skillet bring to heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tsp beef buoillon powder, 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp soy sauce, onion powder and 1/2 tsp minced garlic. When hot mix in with the cauliflower rice. Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes or until tender.
Serve stir fry over 'rice'.
