Ham/Broccoli/Swiss Quiche

Ingredients
12 oz lean ham, dicedOne bunch of fresh broccoli, chopped12 oz Jarlsberg Swiss cheese, gratedMix all the above and fill two frozen pie shells to heaping/rounded level.Beat/scramble the eggs and whisk in the half & half. Carefully/gently pour over the filled pie shells, dividing equally between the two.Place filled pie shells on a cookie sheet to bake (to catch any overflow or spill).
Directions
Approx 75 minutes at 350F.
