tomatoes cannedcorn cannedgreen chili's (you can get diced tomatoes with chili's in them and add that}yams (canned)veggie brothred beansmushrooms
Directions
Add everything in a crock pot, use tomato juice as well as tomatos, drain corn and yams, chilis, beans, mushrooms, let simmer for 4 hours.
