1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)1 cup sugar1 egg

Combine. Form into small balls (30) and place on cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until bottoms are browned.

    Made these tonight with slightly more than half a cup of sugar and they came out pretty good. Nice little treat! Make them small and put them out of sight as soon as they cool! lol - 10/10/10

    Super simple and really yummy! I loved how much less greasy the were without being dry. Next time I'll use less sugar because it seemed to overshadow the saltiness of the peanutbutter, but otherwise perfect! - 4/27/08
