Ingredients
1 tsp Salt.25 cup water3/8 cup rice flour1 large egg.25 cup tomato paste.25 cup soy cheese (mozzarella).25 cup chopped sweet red pepper
Directions
Mix flour, water, egg, and salt together in a mixing bowl.

Grease a small glass baking dish with what you desire

Pour into a small glass baking dish to the size of your crust

Bake crust in toaster oven at 375F for 10 minutes

Pull out and add tomato paste, red peppers, and grated soy cheese.

Put back into toaster oven at 375F for another 10 minutes or until desired.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Small Personal Sized Pizza
