375 grms of pastery flour 10 grms of black pepper 50 grms of salt 35 grms of msg not sure if kentucky fried chicken still used corn flour with black flecks or switched to a potao starch then to a corn starch. somthing nags me about potato starch because kfc used instant mashed?? ( vegetable herb?) a potato a vegetable, dried ,turned to a powder,(A vegetable seasoning??) potato seasoning???makes sense because potato starch would taste better.
sift flour through a fine screen strainer to separate lumps into a bowl, also sift the salt and pepper and msg into the bowl with the flour. take a whisk and blend spices and flour together, then sift again through a fine strainer into a bowl. do this a couple of times..
flour now should feel super light..
