Ground Turkey Taco Soup

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 LBBeans, black, 2 cup (1 can drained & rinsed)Beans, red kidney, 4 cup ((@ cans drained and rinsed)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup Salsa, 3 cup (1 jar)Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp (1 package)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 oz (2 Tbl / serving)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (per serving to add kick - or Red Pepper Flakes)
Directions
Most of the prep time is cooking the ground turkey, Brown turkey in a frying pan. Once done scoop into colander and rinse, then add to soup pot with taco seasoning and water per directions on seasoning packet. Once seasoning has cooked in add Salsa, corn and water. Open 2 can of kidney beans and a can of black beans into colander and rinse them as well. Add to soup pot and cook until beans and corn are cooked through. Garnish each bowl with 2 tablespoons of reduced fat cheddar then sprinkle with cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
