1 packet of Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Weight Control, Maple and Brown Sugar1 tsp walnut oil1 tsp walnuts, chopped1 tsp golden seedless raisins1 tbs fat free half & half (preferably Land O' Lakes
Directions
Add oatmeal to microwave-safe bowl. Add walnuts, walnut oil, raisins, and water. Microwave for 50 seconds. Add half & half after cooking and stir!
