Ingredients
2 Cups Cottage Cheese2 T Cinnamon1/4 Cup Sugar11 packets of Spenda
Directions
In small bowl place 2 cups cottage cheese, add 2T cinnamon (to taste), sugar and Splenda. Mix together. Place on cooked crepe, roll up and top with Orange Sauce.

    This is a fabulous filling. Try it with Whole Wheat Soymilk Crepes. I didn't use sugar at all - just Splenda. I also added extra cinammon. - 3/30/08
