Spinach Banana Strawberry and more smoothie

Ingredients
3 big handfuls of fresh spinach3 sliced strawberries2 sliced banana2 T chia seeds1 T flax seed1/4 cup yogurt, plainAbout a cup of coconut water1 scoop whey protein powder
Directions
Mix the coconut water and spinach first in the blender until you have a nice green liquid. Add the yogurt, chia and flax seeds and protein. Mix again. Add sliced fruit and mix one more time. Voila.
