1/2 C. of kale or spinach1/2 C. of frozen blueberries1/2 C .of frozen raspberries1tbsp flax seed grounded1tbsp chia seed
Directions
Add all ingredients to the blender , blend until all ingredients are smoothly combined, add more milk if you prefer a more thin consistency . pour in a glass and enjoy!
