Manwich Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained1 cup red onion, chopped2 tsp garlic1 can (2.5 cups) manwich2 oz cream cheese.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese2 large red bell peppers
Brown and drain ground beef
Combine onions and garlic with beef and sauté
Combine 1 can Manwich to beef mixture and allow sauce to bubble
Stir in 2 oz cream cheese
Cut 2 bell peppers in half vertically and remove seeds
Add 1/8 cup cheese inside peppers
Add Manwich/beef in each pepper until full
Add 1/8 cup cheese to top of peppers
Place peppers on baking sheet and cook 400 degrees for 15 minutes
Serving Size: makes 4 servings (half a pepper)
