Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

Ingredients
4 small red skin potatoes1/2 cup mozzarella shredded cheese, part skim1/4 cup light ranch dressing
Directions
Mix all together in a small bowl. Transfer to a small baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with foil and cook at 400 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
